Equipment
Choices

There are three different types of equipment. Each is designed to address specific needs and applications. All equipment is designed to be tough and built to last. The equipment is fitted with wheels for easy site movement. All equipment fits through doors and can be carried up stairs if needed. All equipment collapses down and is designed for van transport.

Economy Range:

Designed to be low cost, fits on a single sack barrow truck for easy transport and small plant rooms. Available in two different filter sizes. Easy open lid system option available. Aimed toward pre-commissioning market for up to medium sized systems, but able to clean heavily rusted systems as well. Well suited for work associated with on-floor chemical cleaning.

Standard Range:

Designed to provide triple the flow rates of the economy range while also providing dual parallel and series filtration. Simple light weight design that can be collapsed down and transported in an estate car if required. Aimed towards medium to larger pre-commissioning systems and smaller sized rusted systems.

Premier Equipment:

Designed to make cleaning jobs easier. Capable of very high flow rates while providing dual parallel and series filtration. Includes pumped drainage system and full water recycling to make filter changes faster and easier. Aimed towards large systems and situations where fast cleaning is needed. Easy open filter lid system fitted as standard.

The table below can be used as a general predictor for the time to clean typical closed loop systems if set up, packing up, and cleaning times are added on top of the calculated times, and if system size is factored in. System sizes are based on 1 week working time.

Use a filter press with the Premier equipment can reduce the overall time to undertake large cleans significantly. Filter presses can reduce the required number of bag changes by as much as 10 to 14 times. Filter presses have specific access requirements.
